SHIPPING

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Will make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can and also aim to keep shipping a hassle free as possible.

Local Singapore Shipping

Order above $500 automatically enjoy free delivery, while orders below $500 will be charged a flar delivery fee of $25.00 before GST.

Delivery will take up to 7 working days commenses on the same working day the order is made. Working days are Monday to Friday. Delivery takes place between 9am-8pm seven days a week.

International Shipping

Currently we only provide delivery within Singapore. If you wish your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at sales@swiftcomtechnology.com

Terms & Conditions

Free shipping may be enjoyed in conjuction with a coupon code or automatic discount.

For coupon codes and automatic discounts, the qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the coupon code or discount applied.

Coupon and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Do you offer self-collection service?

Yes we do. Remember to click on self collection during check out.

At ll other times, our office will not be open to public, this is to ensure less service distruptions and allow us to process your orders as quickly as possible.

Will I have to sign for my package upon collection?
Yes, There will be a proof of delivery document for you or the authorized/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery or collection of the parcel.

What if I am not available when my package arrives?
You will receive a notice slip indicating that you can call/email for re-delivery arrangements.

What is the delivery time?
We use local couriers to facilitates the delivery of our orders, therefore it would usually take place between 9am to 8pm seven days a week except public holidays.

What should I do if my items have yet to arrive.
You should receive your item within 2 to 4 working days. In the event you do not receive your items, send us an email (sales@swiftcomtechnology.com) with the shipping address and Order ID, so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military address?
No, this is for security reason and we will required a sign off as a proof of delivery.

RETURNS

You can return your items(s) to us for a full refund or replacement under the following 2 events.

– Item(s) receivewas defective

– Incorrect item(s) was delivered to you

Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt, un-used and no modification, in original brand packaging (if applicable).

Returns Process

If you would like to return your parcel*:

1. Pack your return item(s) in a box or a sealed mailer bag.
2. Indicate on the back of the parcel, the order ID.
3. Mail the parcel back to us via registered mail.

All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it’s packed up properly so that it won’t get damaged on the way. We do our best to accept all returns. In the event the item is returned to us in a unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

*This process is not applicable for walkie talkies. For return of walkie talkies, please contact us at sales@swiftcomtechnology.com, our customer service team will arrange to pick up the suitcase from you. In your email, please indicate your Order ID and contact details.

I need to return an item, but I don’t have teh original Swiftcom packaging. How?
If you don’t have the original packaging (the box or mailer bag), would not be able to accept as we do not have extra packaging.

REFUNDS

A refund would be issued shortly after we receive your returns. The refund would be issued via the same payment method that was used.

– Paypal: Up to 5 working days
– Credit Card: Up to 14 working days, subjected to processing duration of the bank
– Bank transfer: Up to 5 working days.
